Activity Director’s Checklist
- Choose a date & time (private early-bird or extended hours are available)
- Post the announcement for residents to see
- Please call ahead for groups larger than 12.
- Make a list of each grandchild and their approximate age/grade (if you don’t know it, that’s fine!)
- Gather shipping addresses for families that live far away (we’ve got free boxes and packing materials)
- Anything else to go in the box? Homemade cookies, photos, or cards? We’ll ship it all together.
- We’ll take care of free gift-wrapping and everything else when you get here
