Claims must be made within 30 days, with original receipt.
Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
No returns for special order or non-stock catalog items.
The young Lady who helped me was very efficient and professional. She took a lot of time with me to find what I needed as I have specific needs for the students I teach. She was absolutely delightful. Great customer service is always appreciated.
