Claims must be made within 30 days, with original receipt.
Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
No returns for special order or non-stock catalog items.
I have never had a bad experience at Teaching and Learning Stuff. They are always so kind and ready to help. I have been going for 5 years now, and in those five years, the only problem I've ever had was a lamination issue. They promptly took care of it, and let me re-laminate and no cost to me. They have also done a special order or two for me, and my items came quickly. Their prices on posters, bulletin board sets, banner paper, etc. are competitive with Amazon and other places, and the selection is great!
