After 30 memorable years at our location on 35th Ave and Glendale in Phoenix, it’s with mixed feelings that we share our decision to close the Phoenix location. Our last day of business and being open to the public at this location will be this Saturday, August 12th.

There’s a rich history tied to this building. Purchased by our family in the 1980s, many of you might recall my dad running his beauty salon right here. Adjacent to it, my mom ignited her entrepreneurial spirit and started a teaching supply store, which many of you have come to know and love. I still meet hundreds of customers who reminisce about those early days. Personally, this location holds a treasure of memories for me; I started working here when I was 17. Fast forward to today, and it’s heartwarming to see my wife and our 16-year-old kids also becoming a part of this legacy. With three generations of our family having poured their heart and soul into this business, you can imagine how difficult this decision has been for us.

However, to honor the legacy and to continue serving our community with an even broader range of educational supplies, we need more space. It’s a step towards ensuring that our business evolves and thrives, providing you with the best shopping experience possible.

While we’re excited about our upcoming larger space and the enhanced shopping experience it will bring, we cherish every memory created at the 35th Ave and Glendale location. We hope you carry these memories as fondly as we do.

Even as we turn this page, you can continue to visit us at our North Glendale location, our Mesa location, or shop online at www.TeachingStuff.com. Details about our new primary location and its grand opening will be communicated soon.

Your trust and support over the years mean the world to us. We’re optimistic about the future and look forward to building more memories with you in our new location.

Warm regards,

Bryan, Theresa, Sophie and BJ Bundgaard

Services:

Tiny store that is packed full of amazing items. The family that runs the store knows me by name and is so nice. The laminating service is worth the money! I don't mind paying a little extra to have someone else do all my bulletin board pieces. I have set up my whole classroom and shopped locally, so that's a win-win.
