We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a part-time Product Content Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our product database for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and update product information including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images for our e-commerce platform.
- Source and obtain high-quality product images from various suppliers, ensuring they meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on the website.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in product details and images across all product listings.
- Research and implement improvements in content quality and presentation to optimize the customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by cross-referencing data and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management.
- Manage and organize a small group of project assistants.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with image editing software and basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, content management, or a related field is a plus.
Schedule and Compensation:
- This position is part-time, 20-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
